1. Acceptance of Terms
By scheduling, requesting a quote, or using any services provided by Heritage Window Cleaning, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all residential and commercial clients in our Central Texas service area.
2. Services Provided
Heritage Window Cleaning offers professional window cleaning, screen cleaning, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, and related exterior cleaning services. The scope of each job will be agreed upon prior to service. We reserve the right to decline or modify service if conditions are deemed unsafe or outside the agreed scope.
3. Scheduling & Appointments
Appointments are scheduled based on availability. We will make every effort to arrive within the agreed time window. Heritage Window Cleaning reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to weather conditions, equipment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you as soon as possible in such cases.
4. Cancellation Policy
We ask that cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a deposit requirement for future bookings.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit/debit cards. For larger commercial projects, a deposit may be required before work begins. Invoices not paid within 30 days of the service date may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.
6. Liability & Property
Heritage Window Cleaning carries general liability insurance. We take great care with your property; however, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, faulty window seals, screens, or frames that may be affected during normal cleaning. Clients are asked to disclose any known fragile or damaged areas prior to service. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service performed.
7. Access to Property
The client agrees to provide safe and reasonable access to all areas requiring service on the scheduled date. If access is not available and the crew cannot complete the job, a trip fee may apply. Please ensure pets are secured and that any obstacles near windows or work areas are cleared prior to our arrival.
8. Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 24 hours of job completion and we will return to address the issue at no additional charge. This guarantee applies to the original scope of work only and does not cover areas affected by weather after service completion.
9. Communications & Text Messaging
By providing your phone number and checking the consent box on our quote form, you authorize Heritage Window Cleaning to contact you via phone, email, or text message regarding your quote, project details, and appointment reminders. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message or contacting us directly. We will never share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
10. Changes to Terms
Heritage Window Cleaning reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of Williamson County, Texas. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
